- When Refunds May Be Granted
We may consider refunds only if:
- You did not receive access to the purchased service due to technical issues on our end.
- There was a clear error or significant omission in the astrology service provided.
- How to Request a Refund
- Submit your refund request within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

- Assessment and Processing
- We will review your request promptly and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations or advice.
- Changed mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Services that have been partially or fully delivered.
