All sales for services on stellar-guide.com are final due to the digital and personalized nature of astrology consultations and reports.

1. When Refunds May Be Granted
   We may consider refunds only if:

• You did not receive access to the purchased service due to technical issues on our end.
• There was a clear error or significant omission in the astrology service provided.

1. How to Request a Refund

• Submit your refund request within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Send your request with full order details and reason to support@stellar-guide.com 

1. Assessment and Processing

• We will review your request promptly and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.

1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
   Refunds will not be provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations or advice.
• Changed mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Services that have been partially or fully delivered.

1. Right to Decline
   We reserve the right to decline any refund requests that do not meet these criteria or appear fraudulent.
